Photos and videos never seem to be able to do the waves justice, but this one comes close. It was an awesome three days of sailing downwind from Bonaire to Cartagena, cruising along with 30-40 knot winds, holding between 6-9 knots with just the forward and main staysails up, and watch team three taking the speed record for the passage at 13.3 knots while surfing down the faces of one of the waves.
